Junior Clerk And Stenographer Jobs In Session Court

  • Data entry and filing of court documents.
  • Assisting judges and other court staff with clerical tasks.
  • Managing court schedules and appointments.
  • Responding to inquiries from lawyers, litigants, and the public.
  • Ensuring compliance with court procedures and regulations.
  • Capturing verbatim records of court hearings and proceedings.
  • Transcribing recorded notes into official documents.
  • Editing and proofreading transcripts for accuracy and completeness.
  • Managing stenographic equipment and software.
  • Coordinating with judges, lawyers, and other court personnel.
  • To be considered for either position, candidates must meet the following qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university.
  • Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Competence in both spoken and written Urdu and English.
  • Prior experience in a legal or administrative role is preferred but not required.
